Bob Rotella

Internationally known for his work in applied sport psychology, Dr. Bob Rotella is consistently recognized as a top sport psychologist. His book "Golf is Not a Game of Perfect" is the best-selling sport psychology book of all time and one of the top three best-selling golf books in history. He has authored several influential books, including his latest, "The Unstoppable Golfer," which focuses on the short game in golf.

Dr. Rotella’s expertise extends beyond golf, having worked with professionals in tennis, baseball, basketball, and other sports. His consulting services have been utilized by major corporations such as Merrill Lynch, General Electric, and Coca-Cola. He holds a doctorate from the University of Connecticut and was the Director of Sports Psychology at the University of Virginia for 20 years, where he directed the leading graduate program in the country.

Dr. Rotella has been a mental coach to winners of 74 major championships in golf since 1984, including British Open Champions Padraig Harrington, Rory McIlroy, Darren Clarke, and Louis Oosthuizen; Masters’ Champions Patrick Reed, Charl Schwartzel, Mike Weir, and Trevor Immelman; and US Open Champions Graeme McDowell, Tom Kite, Ernie Els, and Jim Furyk, among many others. He has dedicated his life to helping coaches, athletes, business leaders, and salespeople use their minds and emotions to take them to the top of their chosen professions. Dr. Rotella resides in Keswick, Virginia, with his wife, Darlene.
