Full Bio:
When he was fifteen years old, a diving accident caused him to become paralyzed from the chest down. Jason was told that he would never live away from home, never attend college and he would not be able to provide for himself or his family.
Jason learned at a young age that adversity is the great equalizer of man and through his own tenacity and lust for life, he overcame his disability. In the fall of 1989, he entered Brigham Young University, the nation's largest private school, on a full-tuition scholarship and was elected by the university's 30,000 students to be Student Body President. Upon graduation, Jason was recruited for a position at Mutual of New York
as an insurance investment planner. Jason excelled in this field and became part of the top six percent of his industry within the first two months of employment
Then in November of 1997, Jason again found his life threatened. An automobile accident kept him hospitalized for over a year, requiring therapy and numerous surgeries in the years that followed. Jason's adversities have given him a PhD in life. Becoming a quadriplegic and overcoming his second life-threatening accident have taught Jason a great deal of what it means to persevere, overcome and to be a champion inside. He has gone on to teach these same principles to groups throughout the world.
Jason motivates people to be the best they can be. He does it with wit, clarity and emotion that cause others to want to find their champion inside.

About the Jensens:
The tennis establishment wasn't quite ready for the brothers' arrival in 1993 when, just six months into their professional careers, they pulled off a staggering coup: a French Open doubles win that catapulted them onto the global stage. And, among the raised eyebrows and disapproving looks at the chest butts, high fives and self-expression of this new breed of rock 'n' roll tennis, the brothers built themselves a loyal following that persists to this day. If the brothers were playing, the center court was full.
The elder of the tennis-meets-rock 'n' roll duo, 'Dual Hand Luke' was born in Grayling, Michigan and grew up along with his brother, and twin sisters, in East Grand Rapids. Towering over most competitors at 6'3" and 190lbs, Luke's flair for tennis showed itself early enough for the boys' mother to send them to tap-dancing classes to improve their footwork!
The younger brother of the tennis-playing, rock 'n' roll icons, Murphy is dedicated to the future of tennis, which he sees as laying in the hands of today's youngsters and, from the start, introduced a fan-friendly attitude that was previously largely unknown in the sport.
"I'd feel bad if I didn't make eye contact and say 'Hey man, what's happening?'" he has said. And, on the subject of the accessibility of modern sports stars, comments: "If you're a player who surrounds himself with an entourage of bodyguards and a high-maintenance lifestyle, you're never going to be embraced by the fans."
Similarly, Luke is a strong supporter of grassroots youth tennis: "What I enjoy is going to a city for the first time and teaching," he said. "That's what we have to do - we're all in this together."
These days, as well as playing and coaching, Luke can regularly be seen commentating on ESPN and network TV as well as fulfilling lively after-dinner speaking engagements around the country. He has also written for USA Today, Tennis Magazine, Tennis Match and Racquet Magazine.
Of Luke, Murphy says: "Luke has tremendous foresight. The way he acts is that of great leadership. I'd follow him anywhere!" When he's not entertaining people, you'll find Murphy, who now lives with his brother near Atlanta, Georgia, skydiving, fishing, playing guitar (left handed, of course), riding his Harley-Davidson, driving his beloved 1976 Eldorado Convertible, or playing chess.
Of Murphy, Luke says: "He's a celebrity; he's got that aura. He can go up to anyone, start a conversation and, all of a sudden, get rolling. He has a very good way with people."
