Ava Gruchacz joined AAE as a Logistics Manager in February of 2024, returning to North Carolina following 6 years of working in television management in New York City. At AAE, Ava applies her attention to detail and problem solving skills to help our clients bring their event vision to reality. Her favorite parts of the job so far are building relationships and creating a positive impact for her clients and coworkers. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, running, or reading, and also enjoys spending time with friends and family, going to the movies, and trivia nights.
