Carissa Roets, CDP®

Seizing the opportunity to learn more about content marketing, Carissa joined AAE as an intern in September 2019. After graduating with distinction with a degree in Comparative Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she was hired full-time as a copywriter and content marketing specialist in January 2020. Writing for an online women's blog targeting college students, Carissa realized she wanted to find a passion outside of academia in a role where she could put her writing skills to good use. Carissa loves coming to work every day thanks to the welcoming office environment. In her spare time, Carissa likes to create and write storyboards for tabletop board games, and she loves to bake for her friends.
