50 Cent

50 Cent, born Curtis James Jackson III, is a multifaceted artist and entrepreneur who has significantly impacted music, television, and business. Emerging in the early 2000s with his debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin', he became a global sensation with hits like "In Da Club" -- the album would go on to be certified ten times platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America. His second album, The Massacre, was met with similar success, supported by his third number-one single, "Candy Shop," which has since joined Spotify's Billion Streams Club.

Jackson has sold over 30 million albums worldwide and won several awards, including a Grammy Award, a Primetime Emmy Award, thirteen Billboard Music Awards, six World Music Awards, three American Music Awards and four BET Awards. Early in his career, he launched the record label G-Unit Records, owned by Universal Music Group, which signed several successful rappers.

Although he would release additional albums, 50 Cent has since focused on his career in television and media, having executive-produced and starred in the STARZ television series "Power," as well as its numerous spin-offs under his comzpany G-Unit Films and Television Inc. He also produces "BMF" and "Hip Hop Homicides: The Truth Behind the Tragedies." He secured a 30-year lease for a major studio facility in Louisiana, aiming to enhance the local entertainment industry.

His upcoming Las Vegas residency, 50 Cent: In Da Club, which will showcase his greatest hits, runs from late December 2024 to early January 2025.
