His subsequent book, "From Impossible To Inevitable: How Hyper-Growth Companies Create Predictable Revenue," explores the strategies of hypergrowth companies like Zenefits, which escalated from $1 million to $100 million in two years, Salesforce.com, the fastest growing multibillion-dollar software company, and Adobe Document Services, which surged from $0 to $144 million in seven years. His insights are designed to help both large-scale and smaller businesses smash their revenue records.

Currently, Ross dedicates his efforts to assisting CEOs and founders in developing their own bestselling business books.
