Adam Berlew

Adam Berlew is a highly accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience in technology go-to-market development and execution, with a particular focus on cloud, technology, and telecom services. Berlew has demonstrated expertise in business development, mergers, acquisitions, strategy, and analysis. He is proficient in product management, marketing, alliance/partner management, strategy, and organizational transformation.

In his various roles, Berlew has shown his proven ability to create a brand and improve sales through both organic and non-organic growth, with experience in demand generation sales and marketing. He manages strategic relationships with customers for the creation of Cloud AI and Industry Solutions. In addition, Berlew leads product inclusion and DEI initiatives. Prior to his current as Chief Marketing Officer at Equinix, Berlew served as the Director of Americas Marketing for Google Cloud. He also held executive and leadership roles at Google, Brocade, Dell, and BCG.

Throughout his career, Berlew has overseen all direct marketing, channel marketing, and alliance marketing efforts, as well as global campaigns and events. His work spans both enterprise and consumer products and services, and he has a diverse background with global roles in strategy, marketing, product management, sales, channel programs, and M&A. Berlew is also skilled in executing digital and social sales and marketing campaigns.

A passionate leader, Berlew focuses on building high-quality teams and is a strategic business analyst with the ability to plan and execute strategic operational changes. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stifel Financial Corporation, as an Independent Board Member of the US Olympic Luge Committee, and as a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Berlew obtained his MBA from the Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, and his BA from Brown University. His commitment to excellence has been recognized, as demonstrated by his being featured in Savoy Magazine as one of the 2020 Most Influential Black Executives in Corporate America.
