Adam Frost is a renowned British garden designer and horticulturist, celebrated for his multiple successes at the Chelsea Flower Show and his role as a presenter on BBC's Gardeners' World.
Born in Harlow, Essex, Frost's family moved to North Devon when he was 15, where he lost interest in school and eventually left home to pursue work. His career began with the North Devon Parks Department before he moved to London to work as a landscaper. A turning point in his career came when he worked with Geoff Hamilton at the renowned Barnsdale Garden in Rutland.
In 2013, Frost was instrumental in establishing the Homebase Garden Academy and became an RHS Ambassador the following year. His book, Real Gardens, chronicles the journey behind his award-winning Chelsea gardens. Over the years, he has earned seven gold medals at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show.
Frost discussed his life and career on BBC Radio 4's Saturday Live in April 2019, and in 2022, he shared on Gardeners' World that he and his family had "downsized" to a smaller property in Barnack.
