After nine years of NACA showcases and college touring, Adam Grabowski now speaks about his depression and anxiety, introducing the #SAYITANYWAY Campaign through which he empowers students to talk about their own experiences and mental health. Grabowski's message about finding your voice and understanding you're not alone in how you think and feel leaves a much greater impact because it's a part of a hilarious comedy show.
