Adam Kingl

Author, speaker, educator, and adviser Adam Kingl is recognized for his deep understanding of business innovation and leadership. He explores the work and leadership paradigms of Generation Y, which represents a significant portion of the global workforce, in his book "Next Generation Leadership," published by HarperCollins in 2020. His recent publication, "Sparking Success," released in April 2023 by Kogan Page, delves into what businesses can learn from the arts to enhance innovation, creativity, adaptability, and inspiration.

Kingl lectures on strategic innovation, management innovation, and human-centric leadership. He holds adjunct faculty positions at Ashridge-Hult International Business School, and serves as an instructor and programme director at Imperial College, Headspring (a joint venture between Financial Times and IE Business School), and Sauder Business School at the University of British Columbia.
