Adelyn Zhou

Adelyn Zhou is a technology leader with a strong background in marketing and the application of machine learning to business strategies. Zhou is the Founder & Head of Marketing at Topbots, where she focuses on advancing marketing through innovative technologies. She spent over four years as Chainlink Labs’ CMO, steering the organization through significant growth phases, and currently serves as the company’s Chief Ecosystem Growth Officer. Earlier in her career, Zhou worked at the Boston Consulting Group and held growth-oriented roles at Amazon (Quidsi), Nextdoor, and Eventbrite.

Zhou is also a prolific speaker, having delivered presentations on diverse topics including AI in marketing and recruitment. She introduced "Bots of Marketing" as a new channel for brand growth and has shared insights on applying machine learning in marketing through her keynote on "Marketing Using Machine Learning." Additionally, Zhou spoke at LinkedIn’s Talent Intelligence Summit about AI's applications in recruiting and talent management and gave a succinct overview of AI in her lightning talk titled "AI Explained in 4 Mins" at the WPP Stream unconference.
