Aditi Mayer is a multi-hyphenated storyteller whose creative journey spans film, photography, journalism, modeling, and creative direction. Her diverse body of work has blossomed into a storytelling studio that produces both editorial and branded content, merging artistic expression with impactful messaging. As a thought leader and socially conscious advocate, Aditi is known for seamlessly marrying the worlds of art, industry, and education. Her work has earned her features in prominent publications such as Vogue and National Geographic, with a focus on blending creativity and activism. Aditi’s expertise and thought leadership have also made her a sought-after speaker at global events, from academic conferences to international fashion weeks.

Aditi's advocacy for social and environmental justice began in 2013, following the tragic Rana Plaza factory collapse, which prompted her to become a labor rights activist in Downtown Los Angeles’ garment district. Over the years, her commitment to using fashion as a tool for positive change has shaped her career, as she works to address labor rights, sustainability, and environmental issues within the fashion industry. In 2020, she was named a National Geographic Digital Storytelling Fellow, where she explored the intersections of fashion, agriculture, and artisanship in India. That same year, Aditi became a member of the Creative Advisory Council for State of Fashion, an international platform that fosters discussions about alternative approaches to the current fashion system.

In addition to her impactful work in advocacy and storytelling, Aditi is currently working on her first book, which delves into fashion through a range of transformative themes such as grassroots organizing, ecofeminism, ancestral wisdom, craft lineages, and plant knowledge. With this book, Aditi aims to inspire a deeper connection between culture, sustainability, and social justice within the fashion world. Through her continued efforts in both creative and activist spaces, Aditi Mayer remains a pivotal voice in the movement toward a more inclusive, ethical, and sustainable fashion industry.
