Agnes Larsson

Agnes Larsson joined the Minecraft team in 2016 and has since been instrumental in leading the design of new additions to the Minecraft sandbox, including llamas, turtles, icebergs, pandas, and ocean ruins. Her responsibilities also extend to designing nearly all new features in the immensely popular game. Larsson's role at Mojang, the company behind Minecraft, is not only confined to designing. She also serves as a game director and is known for her engagement with the Minecraft community. This includes holding Minecraft workshops for kids and sharing new Minecraft updates with millions of people who watch the annual MINECON/Minecraft Live broadcasts.

Larsson's dedication to bringing happiness and inspiration to millions of Minecraft players has not gone unnoticed. Her commitment to creating Minecraft updates that generate as much player delight as possible has been a significant factor in her success, and the diversity of the Minecraft community continues to be a huge motivation for her. Larsson was featured on Forbes Europe's "30 Under 30" list in 2019 in light of her efforts. Aside from her work on Minecraft, Agnes Larsson is also an accomplished speaker.
