Ainsley B. Rose

Ainsley B. Rose, a Canadian author, presenter, and certified PLC at Work® consultant, has an extensive background in education.

Rose's expertise encompasses a wide range of educational topics including effective schools research, Professional Learning Communities at Work™, instructional intelligence, standards and assessment, common formative assessment, TRIBES, and Covey's Seven Habits of Effective People®. This broad spectrum of expertise has led to his affiliation with Solution Tree, Inc., and his position as a senior leadership coach and professional development associate for the Leadership and Learning Center. His commitment to empowering educators is evident in his work with New Brunswick schools through PLC at Work™ Coaching Academies and his benevolent work in Lusaka, Zambia.

Rose chaired the Committee for Anglophone Curriculum Responsables and the Implementation Design Committee, and he was named to the advisory board of English education by the Minister of Education of Quebec. He was also recognized with the Outstanding Achievement Award from the Association of Administrators of English Schools of Quebec. In addition to his practical and leadership experience, Rose's academic achievements include a master of arts and bachelor of arts honors degree from the University of Western Ontario, a certificate in education from Concordia University, and a certificate in French as a second language from the Adult Education Center in Cowansville, Quebec.

As an experienced elementary and secondary teacher and principal, Rose has spent a considerable portion of his career cultivating a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the education sector.

He earned a master of arts and bachelor of arts honors degree from the University of Western Ontario, a certificate in education from Concordia University, and a certificate in French as a second language from the Adult Education Center in Cowansville, Quebec.
