Alex Rosen Biography
Alex Rosen serves as Counsel for Major League Baseball. In this role, he drafts and negotiates agreements relating to the distribution of media rights, partnerships and investments, youth baseball initiatives and other corporate business. He recently worked with the group led by Bruce Sherman and Derek Jeter to facilitate their $1.2 billion purchase of the Miami Marlins.
In addition, Rosen assists with the management of the league-wide credit facility with facility leases, vendor contracts and compliance with MLB's rules and regulations. Previously, he worked as an associate in sport's law. In 2018, Rosen was recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in sports.
He graduated from Villanova University and later attended Harvard Law School.
