Alex Swire-Clark is an emotional intelligence expert, author, and multi-award-winning speaker. Since 1997, Swire-Clark has been providing dynamic tools for improving communication to audiences around the country. He used the powerful concepts from his presentation to recruit, build, and lead successful virtual teams all over the US. Prior to his successful stint as CEO of a virtual medical billing company for eighteen years, Swire-Clark spent eight years as a transformative educator, teaching in the public schools of North Carolina. He earned his B.A. in Education from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Swire-Clark is a member of the National Speakers Association. He has facilitated over 6000 personality assessments in the last four years and has worked with companies/organizations such as Make-A-Wish, SHRM, and South Carolina Manufacturing Extension Partnership. His book, The Rapport Advantage, helps leaders transform the way they communicate by improving self-awareness and raising their emotional intelligence.
