Alexandra Delis-Abrams

Alexandra Delis-Abrams Ph.D., founder and president of ABC Feelings, Inc., runs a distinguished counseling practice in Sun Valley, Idaho, where she employs innovative techniques. Known for her unique approach, she positions herself as a "stretch" rather than a "shrink," helping clients and participants in her workshops examine their life's blueprint and foster personal growth and happiness. Her work draws heavily on her dissertation, "Laughter, Enthusiasm and Joy as Healing Modalities," which informs her seminars, workshops, and transformational speeches.

In addition to her role at ABC Feelings, Inc., she is an Advanced Holistic Health Practitioner, Fellow to the American Institute of Stress, and a member of The Association for Transpersonal Psychology. She is also a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher. Her expertise led her to teach Emotional Intelligence in Kathmandu, Nepal, at the university and several schools in 2008.
