Alfred M. Mays

Alfred M. Mays is the Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Program Officer for Diversity and Education at the Burroughs Wellcome Fund. As part of his role, he has the responsibility of directing a portfolio of competitive and strategic grant award programs, thus amplifying his skills in strategic planning, project incubation, design, and implementation. His previous experience as an independent consultant further honed these capabilities.
