She works one-on-one with CEO's, executives, and senior teams from both Fortune 500 companies and start-ups. Her mission is to provide practical tools to help leaders and teams achieve greater results and move forward faster.
Alisa received a MBA from Cornell University and a BS from Boston University. She is also a guest lecturer at Harvard and Cornell Universities and the Naval War College. She serves on the Entrepreneurship at Cornell Advisory Committee and the President’s Council of Cornell Women. Before becoming a executive coach, Alisa was the CFO for Clairvergent Technology Group and a Vice President at two high-tech start-ups.
