Alyssa Thompson

Alyssa Thompson, a professional soccer player, has made a significant impact on the field in a short span of time. Known for her pace and tenacity, Thompson plays as a forward for Angel City FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) and the United States women's national team. Her talent was recognized early on as she was named the Gatorade Player of the Year in 2021 and was the first overall pick in the 2023 NWSL Draft by Angel City FC.
