Ana Recio is the senior vice president of talent, focused on recruiting, diversity, employee experience, and learning & development at SoFi
She has over 20 years of experience leading talent acquisition teams at tech companies, including Yahoo!, MobiTV, EMC, Documentum, and Sybase.
Prior to SoFi, she was the EVP of Global Recruiting at Salesforce. She was instrumental in developing programs that have resulted in higher retention rates and increased promotion of women and underrepresented minorities throughout the company.
Throughout Recio’s career, she has been instrumental in developing tools and programs that have helped measure quality of hire and mitigate bias in the interview selection process. She has also developed robust internal recruiting programs, which have resulted in higher retention rates and increased promotion of women and underrepresented minorities.
Recio holds a degree in sociology from the University of California Berkley and lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband and two children.
