Andrew Bennett

Andrew Bennett is a speaker, consultant, coach, university professor, and 2x TEDx presenter specializing in leadership, organizational culture, and personal development.

Bennett began his career as former U.S. presidential candidate H. Ross Perot’s personal assistant at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Over the next ten years, Mr. Perot mentored Bennett, advancing him into management and leadership, ultimately overseeing an account in Australia that grew from $5 million to $65 million in only two years. Bennett spent a significant portion of his career at EDS, holding various management positions, and has been a leadership and organizational culture consultant and executive coach for over 25 years.

In 1997, Bennett founded Bennett Performance Group with a mission of revitalizing the human spirit at work. For 25 years, he has partnered with leaders building cultures where people can thrive at companies like Google, Microsoft, Marriott, and various U.S. government departments. Bennett has successfully transformed over 140 organizations globally and led 39 major multi-year organizational transformation projects. He frequently presents keynote speeches focusing on empowering leaders, revitalizing work cultures, and driving innovation, providing practical tools to help leaders elevate their skills and foster a motivated workforce.
