Andy Masters, MA, CSP, is a recognized author and international keynote speaker who has written five books and has delivered over 1,000 engaging programs to an audience of over 100,000 attendees across 47 states. Masters specializes in a range of topics including Leadership, Sales/Service, Branding & Marketing, Customer Experience, Future of Work, Sales Strategy, and Stress & Life Balance. Masters holds the prestigious “CSP” designation from the National Speakers Association (NSA), a recognition achieved by less than 10% of professional speakers globally. His career began in high-profile performance improvement and marketing services firms, where he managed accounts for leading brands such as Lexus, Honda, Nestle-Purina, and Anheuser Busch. Masters transitioned from the corporate world in 2003, dedicating himself to speaking, consulting, and entrepreneurship. His books include the award-winning "KISS Your Customer: 77 Reasons Why Sales & Service Are Just Like Dating & Relationships" and his latest, "Things LEADERS Say: A Daily Guide to Help Every Leader Empower & Inspire."
