Andy Molinsky

Andy Molinsky is a Professor at Brandeis University’s International Business School, holding a joint appointment in the Department of Organizational Behavior and Psychology. He received his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and M.A. in Psychology from Harvard University, and also holds a Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a B.A. in International Affairs from Brown University. Molinsky's expertise centers on behavior change and cross-cultural interaction in business settings, focusing on essential skills like Emotional Intelligence (EQ), Leadership, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

Molinsky's notable contributions to literature include "Global Dexterity" and "Reach: A New Strategy to Help You Step Outside Your Comfort Zone, Rise to the Challenge, and Build Confidence," both of which have been influential in various professional circles. "Global Dexterity" has garnered recognition, receiving the Axiom Award (Silver Medal) for Best Business Book in International Business & Globalization, and is utilized in major organizations such as Boeing, AIG, the U.S. Air Force Academy, and the Clinton Foundation. His second book, "Reach," published by Penguin Random House in 2017, continues to guide individuals on how to overcome barriers and build confidence in new and challenging environments.
