Angela Ahrendts

Angela Ahrendts DBE is a distinguished business executive who currently holds multiple influential roles including Chair of the Board for Save the Children International and board member for Ralph Lauren Corporation, Airbnb, Inc., and WPP plc. Ahrendts was previously the Senior Vice President of Apple Retail, based in Cupertino, CA, where she adeptly integrated Apple's physical and digital businesses to enhance the customer experience for over a billion annual visitors. Under her direction, Apple stores underwent a significant transformation in both design and function, and she introduced a transformative educational initiative focusing on coding, music creation, and the arts.

Before her tenure at Apple, Ahrendts was the Chief Executive Officer of Burberry, steering the company through a period of substantial global growth and solidifying its status as a premier global luxury brand. Her leadership at Burberry was marked by significant international retail expansion and the establishment of the Burberry Foundation in 2008, which supports young people in realizing their creative ambitions.
