Anna Barber is a partner at M13, a venture capital fund with an investment focus on technology and e-commerce.
She was previously a founding partner at the Fund LA, investing in early-stage startups in Southern California, and the Managing Director of Techstars Los Angeles Accelerator. She has led investments in more than 100 companies; more than half of this capital has gone to female CEOs. Barber's core areas of interest are e-commerce infrastructure and the future of work.
Barber is the chair of PledgeLA, an initiative from the Annenberg Foundation dedicated to increasing access to capital for women and underrepresented founders in Los Angeles, and is a member of the non-profit AllRaise.
Barber is a graduate of Yale University and Yale Law School. She appears on the Forbes "50 Over 50" list in 2023.
