Ashley Miles

Ashley Miles is the Global Chief Business Officer at Thrive Global-Arianna Huffington’s behavior change technology company. In this newly-created role, Miles is charged with leading worldwide sales, marketing and monetization and accelerating growth through Thrive's corporate, SaaS and brand partnerships. Miles oversees the rollout of Thrive's digital behavior change product suite to the enterprise market and reports directly to Founder and CEO Arianna Huffington.

Prior to Thrive Global, Ashley was Chief Client Officer, Head of Advertising, NA at Refinery29 for more than 6 years, the leading digital media + entertainment company for women, where she helped build and scale the brand's advertising + revenue strategy, growth + development, overseeing 85 employees across Sales, Marketing Solutions, Client Services, Media Planning + Production.

Miles 13 years of experience as a dynamic business leader, helped to exponentially scale Refinery29, drive + diversify revenue growth to a nine-figure business, including the launch + expansion of 29Rooms, the company’s most expansive offline activation.

Prior to Refinery29, Miles served as Regional Vice President at Brand.net, an ad technology company, where she helped build its sales force, ran marketing + ad operations, scaled revenue across Fortune 100 advertisers + saw through its acquisition by Valassis. Previously, she served as Executive Sales Director, Beauty at Time Inc / InStyle.com, where she piloted their growth in the Beauty / Wellness category + opened up new lines of business with a number of Beauty / Wellness brands.

Ashley was selected as a 2018 WICI award winner, MIN Sales Leader of the Year nominee, serves on Board of Governors of CEW and NY Women In Communications and is a member of She Runs It. She lives in Rye, NY with her husband + two daughters, Mylah + Holland.
