Barbara Grufferman

Barbara Hannah Grufferman, a top expert on positive aging and a prolific advocate for proactive approaches to health and wellness, is the author of best-selling books including "The Best of Everything After 50: The Experts’ Guide to Style, Sex, Health, Money and More," and "Love Your Age: The Small Step Solution to a Better, Longer, Happier Life." Her work emphasizes embracing age with a focus on health, fitness, and engagement, promoting simple yet impactful changes to enhance well-being at any age.

Grufferman serves as the President of Best of Everything Media, a company she founded to create and disseminate diverse content across multiple platforms. She also launched the "Menopause Cheat Sheet" newsletter in collaboration with Dr. Margaret Nachtigall, and hosts the successful podcast, "GRUFFtalk: How to Age Better."
