Barbara Teicher

Barbara Teicher, CSP, has been sharing her insights, knowledge, and expertise as a leadership and communication speaker, educator, strategist, and published author both in the United States and across the globe. She has over 25 years of experience developing leaders in Fortune 50-500 companies. Teicher presented her “TEDx idea worth spreading” in Lille, France, at the University of Science and Technology, and to a sold-out audience of 2,000 for TEDx KC Women in Kansas City.

Teicher has a focus on women and helps accelerate women to be influential leaders with greater impact. She is the creator of the PropelHer® System, which focuses on women in business and takes them through a deep and systematic three-pillar approach, impacting corporate cultures, careers, and mindset. Additionally, she serves on the board of directors for several community organizations and is an adjunct professor at Rockhurst University's Helzberg School of Management, where she coaches MBA, MA, and MS students.

She has worked with officers of the most recognized brands in the world. Her book, "It's HOW You Say It®," is endorsed by The Washington Post. Teicher holds the prestigious Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) designation, a credential held by less than 12 percent of the members of the National Speakers Association and Global Speakers Federation. Teicher resides in Lenexa, Kansas, continuing her commitment to leadership development and impactful communication.
