Bela Bajaria

Bela Bajaria is a prominent media executive serving as the Chief Content Officer at Netflix since January 2023. In this role, she shapes Netflix's global strategy, overseeing all television and film content across various languages and managing an annual content budget of approximately $17 billion.

Born in the United Kingdom and raised in the United States, Bajaria's diverse background has significantly influenced her approach to content creation and selection. She emphasizes the importance of producing culturally specific and authentic content, which has led to global successes such as "Squid Game," "Bridgerton," "The Queen's Gambit," "Lupin," and "Baby Reindeer."
