Born in New Zealand, citizen of Australia, and now resident of the USA, Bernadette McClelland’s journey is one of resilience, reinvention, and impact. Overcoming bankruptcy and being bedridden for a year, she turned adversity into a global platform for transformation, helping leaders and teams navigate their own version of disruption with courage and conviction.

In her personal life, she is happily married to her husband Tim, is the proud mother of two and grandmother to three little girls.
