Bill Engvall

Bill Engvall, a familiar face in the world of comedy, is a retired stand-up comedian, actor, and television host celebrated for his work on the "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" and "The Bill Engvall Show." He released several successful stand-up comedy albums, notably his debut album "Here's Your Sign," which achieved Platinum status. Alongside his stand-up career, Engvall also made his mark in television. He starred in his own sitcom, "The Bill Engvall Show," where he portrayed a family counselor for three seasons.

Engvall's versatile talent extended beyond stand-up comedy and acting, as he also participated in popular reality TV shows. He was a contestant on the 17th season of "Dancing with the Stars," where he impressed viewers by finishing in fourth place. His versatility also shone through as he hosted the game show "Lingo" during its 2011 run. Engvall's comedic work didn't go unrecognized. He was awarded the Best Male Standup at the American Comedy Awards in 1992.
