WWE superstar Bill Goldberg can be seen on ABC’s “The Goldbergs” as the hard to hate Coach Nick. Prior to this he’s worked on ABC’S “Desperate Housewives,” NBC’s “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit,” CBS’ “NCIS: Los Angeles,” CW’s “The Flash” as well as voice over work for “Family Guy” and “Kim Possible.”
Best known for his work a professional wrestler, Goldberg performed in both the WWE and WCW, leading the latter in its longest-ever undefeated streak and inventing the iconic “spear” takedown. After his initial retirement in 2004, Goldberg transitioned to acting work, starring alongside Adam Sandler in “The Longest Yard” and in the title role of horror cult classic “Santa’s Slay”. Goldberg returned to the WWE in 2016, and in 2018 became the first wrestler to be inducted into the Hall of Fame while still an active contender.
Goldberg has also worked extensively in the world of unscripted content, most prominently as the host of “Forged In Fire: Knife Or Death” as well as Spike TV’s “Bull Run,” “Garage Mahal” for the DIY Network, and “Automaniac” for the History Channel. No stranger to interactive media, Goldberg appears as a playable character in over a dozen video games.
