Bill Ringle works with organizations that want to use the Internet to grow their business. As a managing director of the Philadelphia-based Internet development firm StarComm he has helped organizations understand the new tools and technologies available, and created programs to change the attitudes and behaviors of staff, to adopt and embrace the new systems. Bill's primary focus is to advise clients on how to maximize their use of Internet technologies to achieve measurable business results.He has shown thousands of people across the United States how to use technology to learn and work more effectively.

Prior to his current position with StarComm, Bill developed and delivered technical training programs, researched and reported on industry trends at national conferences, and created leading edge technology demonstrations as Internet Program Manager of Worldwide Training for Apple Computer. Before that, Bill coordinated training and consulting services for 13,000 administrative and academic users at Drexel University, where he also served as the lead technical liaison between the University and Adobe, Apple Computer, Claris Filemaker, Microsoft, Radius, and Symantec. He also researched, created, and taught graduate courses in the College of Information Science and Technology.

As a professional speaker, he delivers keynote addresses and half-day sessions to national conventions, regional meetings, and private business briefings.Clients such as DuPont, MetLife, Apple Computer, Daratech, and Knight-Ridder Information have benefited from Bill's work.
