Bonnie has held various executive and global leadership roles at The Coca-Cola Company in sales, marketing and management, rising to Senior Vice President, Global Customer & Channel Leadership with responsibility for a $1.6 billion portfolio of global customers, new business acquisition and channel strategy development. This work required strong collaboration and partnership with their franchised bottlers and retail customers around the world. She both created and led the Companys first Global Customer Council and was a founding member of their Global Womens Leadership Council. She culminated her 27-year career at Coca-Cola by helping the Company shape and launch a new global initiative named 5 BY 20 that will enable the economic empowerment of 5 million women entrepreneurs by 2020. It will fulfill the Companys commitment to the UN Millennium Development Goals by leveraging their extensive value chain to improve the business capabilities of small, family businesses in developing countries. Bonnies appreciation and passion for the critical role of business to advance the economic well being of communities around the world has made her an effective voice for successful, sustainable and ethical business practices. She is a frequent public speaker on this subject.
Bonnie is currently engaged as a Senior Advisor to World Vision, the largest Christian humanitarian
organization in the world, working in over 100 countries to tackle the causes of poverty and injustice.
She also consults with other businesses and non-profit organizations. She is an independent director at

has also served on the boards of GFS, Inc., The Georgia Independent College Association (past Chair),

In October 2012, Bonnie was recognized by Christianity Today as one of The 50 Women You Should
Know for her impact on the evangelical church and North American society. She also received the Paul
F. Thiele Leadership Award for her leadership and vision for Georgias private colleges and universities.
Bonnie graduated from Wheaton College (Illinois) in 1977 with a B.A. in Education and from Emory
