He is currently the CBO at Cotopaxi, a certified B Corp that creates innovative outdoor products and experiences that inspire adventure, fund sustainable poverty alleviation, and move people to do good. He is also an Executive Board Member at Vimergy, a wellness company that offers high-quality supplements and education to help people heal and thrive. Previous to these current roles, Brad has been the Chief Marketing Officer at General Mills and at Beyond Meat.
