Bradley Scanes has a rich history in the world of elite sports, with a professional journey that spans over 14 years. His experience ranges across various sports including Formula 1, World Endurance Championship, basketball, Olympics, football, boxing, cycling, and UFC. He served as the performance coach for Max Verstappen, a renowned figure in the Formula 1 circuit. During his time with Verstappen, Scanes contributed to many significant victories, particularly in the United States Formula 1 Grands Prix. This includes winning the inaugural Las Vegas Grand Prix in 2023, two victories in the Miami Grand Prix, and three victories at the Circuit of the Americas near Austin, Texas.

Scanes is a respected human performance consultant for the Honda Racing Corporation, providing his expertise to both its Acura MSR team in the IMSA sports car series and the Indycar Championship. This relationship with the Honda Racing Corporation positions Scanes at the forefront of motor racing, influencing performance at the highest levels of the sport.
