Brian Fielkow

Brian Fielkow is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Law. Since purchasing Jetco Delivery, a 30-plus-year-old company, in 2006, Fielkow has maintained a business philosophy of providing an extra level of service to anticipate customers’ every need. To accomplish this philosophy, he has focused on maintaining employee continuity, integrating technology, and improving the quality of the company’s fleet. Since the acquisition, he has enhanced employee benefit packages and added incentives through bonuses for safety. By developing long-term, fully engaged employees, Jetco is able to create an unparalleled customer experience.

At Jetco and in past positions, Fielkow has worked in industries that are generally perceived as being commoditized. He is an expert in “de-commoditizing” his businesses by creating unique and measurable value propositions for his employees and customers. His approach to leadership and management focuses on creating a vibrant company culture as a strategic and competitive advantage, emphasizing the integration of safety as a cornerstone of business operations.

Fielkow began his professional career as a lawyer in 1989 upon earning a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law. His experience as Executive Vice President of Recycle America Alliance, a subsidiary of Waste Management, Inc., and Chief Operating Officer of The Peltz Group, brought 10 years of corporate growth management, and leadership of over $700 million in operations. An established author, Fielkow has written books including "Driving to Perfection: Achieving Business Excellence by Creating a Vibrant Culture" and co-authored "Leading People Safely: How to Win on the Business Battlefield." A Wisconsin native, he has lived in Houston, Texas since 2003 and continues to contribute regularly to major media outlets, sharing his insights on corporate and safety culture.
