As a 5X All-Pro and Team Captain, Holloway played a key role in leading the Patriots to their first Super Bowl in 1985, facing the “Super Bowl Shuffle” 85 Chicago Bears. Despite the loss, this marked a significant turning point for the Patriots. He also contributed to the Patriots winning the AFC East division in the 1986 season. Holloway continued his professional football career with the Los Angeles Raiders in 1987 and 1988.
