As Lyft’s CFO, Brian has helped the Company grow by over 5000%. He has scaled the finance organization, implemented new financial systems, and raised nearly $5.0 billion of capital. In 2016, Brian was awarded “CFO of the Year” for Emerging Companies by the San Francisco Business Times. Brian leads Lyft's finance, accounting, corporate development, FP&A, IR, tax, treasury functions, and procurement organizations.
Brian’s experience spans over 25 years, including corporate officer roles at Microsoft and Walmart. He also spent over a dozen years as an investment banker, most recently as Senior Managing Director at Evercore. Current Fred Hutch Board of Trustee and former Board member of Yihaodian (yhd.com).
