After earning a Juris Doctorate from the same university in 1990, he practiced law for 23 years and currently holds a position with Woodward Hobson and Fulton, LLP. Additionally, Rector has held positions as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana Wesleyan University and a part-time professor at the University of Kentucky, contributing to both the MBA program and the Graduate Program in Sport Leadership. Rector continues to reside in Lexington, Kentucky, with his wife Tabitha and his son Trevor, from where he frequently travels to deliver keynotes and conduct seminars focused on leadership, change management, and effective communication in the workplace.
