After graduating from the University of Nebraska, he began his career with Elanco, where he earned the prestigious “Mac Award.” He left Elanco after seven years to start Results, Inc., a company that promoted educational seminars throughout the United States and Canada. As the company expanded, it grew to over 100 employees. Dodge relocated to Dallas and added another division called Results Educational Network, which hosted events in six major cities featuring top speakers. After 12 successful years, he sold Results, Inc. to focus solely on his speaking and coaching career.

Dodge has delivered thousands of presentations to a diverse clientele, including Fortune 500 companies and small family-owned businesses. His keynotes typically cover areas such as professional development, team-building, leadership principles, and negotiating skills, always underpinned by his belief that "Life is too short not to be happy, and life is too long not to do well." His workshops, such as "Building a Better Team" and "How to Take Ownership of Leadership," are designed to accelerate professional and personal growth, achieving the favorable results his audiences seek.

For 8 years, Dodge hosted the “Build a Better You” radio program on Dallas/Fort Worth’s premier stations, KLIF 570 and WBAP, where he inspired listeners to pursue their goals.

Based in the Dallas – Fort Worth area with his wife Margaret, Dodge is an engaged family man. The couple, alongside their three successful children, emphasizes the importance of maintaining strong family bonds, aligning with Dodge’s teachings of balancing professional and personal life. Dodge also contributes to his community by coaching youth soccer and football, and participating in YMCA programs.
