Buddy Rice is a consulting partner and master facilitator for Shepard Presentations, one of the leading customer service and strategy organizations in the world, specializing in luxury product experiences, brand and loyalty management and service amazement.

Rice’s professional career spans over 30 years beginning Delta Air Lines with the creation of training and service initiatives that embraced the inflight experience, continuous improvement teams, leadership development, employee engagement and service excellence programs. His most recent responsibilities at Delta included leading The Crown Room Clubs’, now branded as SKYCLUBS. He was responsible for worldwide operations, staffing, and quality assurance programs. Under his leadership, the clubs garnered recognition by Business Traveler and Executive Travel magazines as best airport lounges in the world. Rice also served on the transition team during Delta’s merger with Northwest, implementing the cultural changes required in merging the two companies.

Rice has led all aspects of the business and customer experience throughout his career. He is considered among the leaders in the business community who expertly leads companies in creating a relentless focus on customers. While Rice has had years of experience in adult learning, he has also held a wide range of positions with increasing responsibility. Buddy’s experience in implementing business initiatives and driving organizational change have made him an outstanding trainer/facilitator who relates to business challenges while inspiring people to learn and grow both professionally and personally.
