C.J. Nickolas Biography
Carl Alan Nickolas Jr., also known as CJ Nickolas, is an American taekwondo practitioner. With his father as his coach, Nickolas started taekwondo when he was only 3 years old and became the Junior Vice World Champion in 2018. That same year, he went Pro and joined the USA Taekwondo resident team.
A three-time gold medalist at the Pan American Taekwondo Championships, Nickolas won the silver medal in the men's welterweight event at the 2023 World Taekwondo Championships held in Baku, Azerbaijan. He recently won the Pan American games, and qualified himself for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
