Captain George Dom

Captain George Dom, USN (Ret), brings over 32 years of executive leadership experience in high-performance and stressful environments, currently serving as Founder and President of NFS Advisors and NFS Jet Acquisitions, specializing in corporate jet acquisitions and consulting.

He teaches that extraordinary teams that consistently perform at high levels are a result of many factors, with trust being paramount. This principle is exemplified by his tenure as a naval aviator and commander, where trust was crucial for survival and success. His presentations often include thrilling, proprietary video footage of the Blue Angels in action, illustrating the dynamics of high-trust teams.

Captain Dom's decorated Navy career included roles such as Commander of a Navy Carrier Air Wing on USS John F. Kennedy and USS Dwight D. Eisenhower; Flight Leader of the Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (Blue Angels); Commanding Officer of a front-line strike-fighter squadron, Instructor Pilot at the Navy Fighter Weapons School (Topgun), and Air Wing Strike Leader during Operation Desert Storm.

He earned his BA degree from Duke University and completed graduate-level studies at the National War College. His extensive speaking topics include Leadership, Patriotism, Team Building, Peak Performance, Aviation, Strategic Planning, Motivation, Inspiration, Military/Veteran, and Security.
