Carl Icahn

Mr. Carl Celian Icahn is the Chief Executive Officer at Icahn Capital LP. He also serves as the chief Executive officer at Icahn Management LP. Mr. Icahn serves as the Chairman and President of Icahn Associates Corp. He serves as the President at ARI Longtrain, Inc. Mr. Icahn serves as an Executive at High River LP.

He served as an Executive of Beckton Corp. From August 8, 2007 to December 31, 2007, Mr. Icahn served as the Chief Executive Officer at New Icahn Management. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Icahn & Co., Inc. from 1968 to 2005. Mr. Icahn was the sole member at CCI Onshore LLC and CCI Offshore LLC. In addition, he is uniquely qualified based on his historical background for creating value in companies across multiple industries. From October 1998 to May 2004, Mr. Icahn served as the President and Director of Stratosphere Corporation. He has proven to be a successful investor over the past 40 years.

Mr. Icahn has been the Chairman of Icahn Enterprises GP the general partner of Icahn Enterprises, L.P. since November 15, 1990. He has been the Chairman of XO Holdings, Inc. since February 2006, and of its predecessor from January 2003 to February 2006. Mr. Icahn has been the Chairman of GB Property Funding Corp since September 29, 2000, CVR Energy, Inc since June 27, 2012, Federal-Mogul. since March 2010, Tropicana Entertainment Inc since March 2010, Starfire Holding Corporation since 1984 and American Railcar Industries, Inc. since 1994. He serves as the Chairman of Icahn & Co., Inc., ACF Industries Holding Corp., ACF Industries Incorporation and Stratosphere LLC.

Mr. Icahn has been the Chairman of CVR Refining GP, LLC since January 2013. He has been a Director of WestPoint International Inc. since October 5, 2005 and CVR Refining GP LLC the general partner of CVR Refining, LP. since January 16, 2013. Mr. Icahn serves as a Director of CVR Energy Inc. and ARI Longtrain Inc. He is the Chairman and Chairman of Greate Bay Hotel & Casino Inc at Atlantic Coast Entertainment Holdings, Inc. He serves as a Trustee of The Mount Sinai Hospital.

From September 29, 2000 to February 2007, Mr. Icahn served as the Chairman of GB Holdings Inc. and Greate Bay Hotel & Casino Inc. He served as the Chairman of Maupintour Holding, LLC and WestPoint International, Inc. Mr. Icahn served as the Chairman of WCI Communities from September 2007 to September 3, 2009 and ImClone from October 2006 to November 21, 2008. He served as a Director of Federal-Mogul since January 2008 and West Point International Inc. since October 2005. Mr. Icahn served as a Director of Cadus Corporation from July 1993 to July 1, 2010, Blockbuster Inc. from May 2005 to January 2010, ImClone Systems Inc. from September 2006 to November 21, 2008, WCI Communities Inc. from August 2007 to September 2009, Motricity Inc.

From April 2008 to January 21, 2010 and Yahoo! Inc. from August 2008 to October 23, 2009. He served as a Director of Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, Inc. Mr. Icahn holds a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Princeton University in 1957.
