Carley Hauck

Carley Hauck is a Chief Learning Officer and an inspiring speaker and thought leader with her new book "SHINE- Ignite your inner game of conscious leadership", published by Sounds True. Shine was voted one of the top 10 business books to read in 2022 by Mindful Magazine. Hauck enjoys speaking and presenting on topics including: conscious leadership, building high performing teams, belonging, sustainability, authenticity, and building psychological safety at work.

Over the past 15 years, she has exclusively partnered with C suite leaders and business stakeholders at leading Fortune 100 companies and high-growth startups including: Capital One, Bank of Montreal, Clif Bar & Company, Pixar, Asana, Genentech, Asana, Intuit, LinkedIn and many other mission driven companies. Her expertise lies in strategy, human centered design, directing, facilitating, and successfully implementing and scaling employee engagement, DEI initiatives, team, and conscious leadership development programs that create positive sustainable impact on culture while meeting business objectives.

Hauck brings a rigorous approach to learning and leadership with her neuroscience research background and a long tenure as an instructor at Stanford University and UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business. She has developed and taught eight different courses on leadership & well being. Additionally, Dr. Amy Edmondson, distinguished alumni at Harvard University has been an advisor and mentor to Carley to validate Carley’s frameworks on the leadership competencies to create conscious leaders and ignite and sustain team trust and effectiveness.

Hauck is host of the Shine podcast with over 70 inspiring interviews on the intersection of conscious inclusive leadership, the recipe for high performing teams, and awareness practices to support the kind of leaders our world needs now. Hauck holds an MA in Organizational Psychology and is a certified executive and team coach.
