Carlos Carsolio was the fourth and youngest man to climb the world’s 14 eight-thousanders (world’s highest mountains) including Mt. Everest–all without supplemental oxygen. Carsolio’s innovative approach to mountain climbing as well as his focus on opening new routes has placed him among the best mountaineers of all time.
Carsolio has been a professional motivational and testimonial speaker since 1985. The focus of Carsolio’s speaking has been mainly corporate audiences on topics including: team building, risk management, leadership, commitment, vision and strategical planning. Carsolio’s climbing experience coupled with his experience in leading small and successful expeditions, has made him a highly sought after speaker in the corporate world having given to date over 850 lectures in America, Europe and Asia.
