Carolyn Everson

Carolyn Everson is a top leadership keynote speaker and former Vice President of Global Marketing Solutions at Facebook, where she led a team of over 4,000 people across more than 55 countries. During her tenure, she was responsible for generating over $80 billion in revenue. Currently, Everson is highly engaged in multiple board roles, serving as a member for Disney, Coca-Cola, Under Armour, Villanova University, and Columbia Medical School.

Before her pivotal role at Facebook, Carolyn worked at Microsoft as the Corporate Vice President of Global Advertising Sales and Trade Marketing Teams, leading the advertising business across platforms such as Bing and MSN. She also spent seven years at MTV Networks, eventually serving as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of U.S. Ad Sales. Additionally, Everson has held significant positions at Primedia Inc. and has been involved in business development at Zagat Survey and Walt Disney Imagineering.

Carolyn's education includes a BA in Liberal Arts and Communications from Villanova University, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, achieving the distinction of Baker Scholar. Beyond her professional career, she is an angel investor and a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She actively supports community and global change as the Chair of We Day, New York. Everson is renowned for her insights on leadership, innovation, and fostering company culture, emphasizing the importance of vulnerability and communication in building trust within teams. Her contributions to the advertising industry have been recognized with numerous awards, including listings in Fortune’s “40 under 40” and Business Insider’s Most Powerful Women in Advertising, as well as inductions into the Advertising Hall of Achievement by the American Advertising Federation.
