Cassie De Pecol

Cassie De Pecol is a traveler, author, and the founder and CEO of the women’s lifestyle company, DELCÂ and brand agency, Elevatxd. De Pecol began her professional career with a focus on introspective travel. Drawing inspiration from the Hero's Journey theory, she began planning in 2014 to visit every country in the world. In 2017, she achieved this goal, setting two Guinness World Records for the "Fastest time to visit all sovereign countries" and "Fastest time to visit all sovereign countries—Female," an accomplishment that included travels to North Korea, Syria, and Afghanistan as a solo female. In addition to these records, De Pecol has been recognized in the National Women’s History Museum and TIME’s Female Firsts and received the Pioneering Amelia Earhart Achievement Award, among others.

De Pecol has also made significant contributions as an ambassador of peace for the International Institute of Peace Through Tourism and SKAL International, speaking to more than 16,000 university students in 40 countries on the importance of peace through responsible tourism, mental health, and women's empowerment. She has been a public speaker at many events, such as TEDxMile High, World Domination Summit, and Future Leaders in Travel Retreat. De Pecol's philanthropic efforts have also included environmental initiatives such as planting trees to offset her carbon footprint and collecting water samples to test for microplastics.

In addition to her travel endeavors, De Pecol has a history in athletics, spending 15 years racing in triathlons and Ironman events across five continents. She started DELCÂ as a platform for women to connect on health, wellness, and travel, and founded Elevatxd, a brand agency focused on luxury, prompt delivery, and cost-effective services. Her memoir, "Expedition 196: A Personal Journal from the First Woman on Record to Travel Every Country," was released in July 2018, providing an in-depth look at her world record journey.

De Pecol's career has also included television appearances. She participated in the reality television show "Naked and Afraid," appearing in a special called "Double Jeopardy" on December 8, 2013, and on the Discovery Channel the same year. Today, she continues to lead DELCÂ and Elevatxd and co-hosts the podcast "Against The Odds" with Wondery.
